"The Friendliest Marina on Florida's
Gulf Coast"

Dock Talk

As you may have heard or seen in the last few weeks, Port St. Joe Marina has a few pieces of equipment on site ready to move some dirt for the new dry storage facility. This new storage facility is quite impressive and will be the largest boat dry storage barn on Northwest Florida's Gulf Coast from Panama City to Apalachicola.

Holding an impressive 252 boats of up to 45 feet in length, this new barn will be able to handle all your fishing machine dreams.

Over the next few weeks you'll start to see the dirt being moved and preparations being made for all of the underground utilities to be installed. It may take a while to see any vertical progress, but the preparations will be much worth the wait. As timelines and dates get announced I look forward to sharing those with you along with pictures and video of the progress.

We look forward to getting each of you back on the water and enjoying the family fishing trips once again soon. All of us at Port St. Joe Marina and The St. Joe Company have been dedicated to the fishing town for many years and look forward to many more through this new state of the art facility.

The Port St. Joe Marina is at the heart of Florida's Forgotten Coast, on the eastern shore of pristine St. Joseph Bay on Florida's northwest Gulf Coast. Located between Panama City and Apalachicola, Florida, we are a favorite for transient boaters making their way along Florida's Intracoastal Waterway, not only because of our convenient location with all major shopping within two blocks, but because of the friendly staff and boaters that make the Port St. Joe Marina their home.

The amenities offered at this exceptional northwest Florida marina include transient slips, a 450ft lay-a-long transient dock, wet slips, dry boat storage, a gift shop, the popular Dockside Seafood & Raw Bar restaurant, WiFi Hotspot Internet Access, charter fishing, boat rentals, party boat fishing trips, and more.

"Perhaps the most outstanding non-physical feature of the Panhandle is the attitude of its residents toward visitors. While other parts of Florida get more attention as tourist destinations, no other region will make you feel more welcome than you will here. Service people and tradesmen will go out of their way to accommodate your wishes or needs, yet they don't think they are doing a thing but being decent. Couple this with the outstanding scenery, plentiful good food, and an almost overwhelming sense of history, and you'll see why we say this is a cruising area not to be missed."
