The cooking was done by Ed Guillard capt of the trawler I Love Lucy, He has been staying on his boat in Port St Joe Marina for three months and heard we were looking for someone to do a low country boil for our hosting of Bay Point Yacht Club and volunteered, little did we know his expertise in Louisiana cookin.
We fed 40 folks,using 40 pounds of shrimp and all the fixings. They was so appreciative I believe they would have promised their first born, it was even better than it looked. The club came over for the rendezous in 12 beautiful yachts, with most on their way to the keys after their vist in Port St Joe Marina. This just one more example of Port St Joe Marina's hospitality
